Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a new Customer Support Representative to join our team! As a Customer Support Representative with Opal Core Marketing, you will be expected to maintain our reputation by providing customers with the customer service they have come to expect from us. However, you will be supported by Opal Core Marketing every step of the way, provided with training from top performers in our industry, as well as access to company resources, equipment, and mentorship.
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues regarding billing, service, or customer service for both customers and clients
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, regardless of billing or activation status
- Ensure acquisition of all necessary customer documentation, maintaining discretion to protect customer confidentiality
- Abide by all compliance procedures in every customer interaction, ensuring the maintenance of both company and client reputations
- Translate acquired knowledge onto junior Customer Support Representatives by providing honest and ongoing feedback
Qualifications of a Customer Support Representative:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, preferred
- Previous background in sales, administrative work, or management, preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
- Strong work ethic and desire to take and implement feedback
